How to rent a car

Option A — Book and pay on the website

1. Choose a car and city, press Book / Order now.
2. Log in once (phone or e-mail code) and enter dates and hand-over details.
3. Pay on the site: bank card (online prepayment up to €1,500) or bank transfer — full payment (IBAN on screen, in your account, and by e-mail).
4. Open My account, fill the questionnaire and upload passport/ID and driving licence.
5. An operator calls you back to confirm the car, dates, city, documents and colour. If that colour is unavailable, they may offer another colour of the same model.
6. You receive the rental agreement to sign; at hand-over — inspection, deposit hold, keys.

You do not wait for a manager before you can pay. Payment is on the website; the operator confirms after payment and documents.

Option B — Order through an operator

1. Leave your name and number in the callback form on the site, or write to contact@titane.club. There is no public phone — we call you back.
2. Tell us the car (and preferred colour), city, dates and contacts.
3. The operator checks availability, age/experience rules and your route, then confirms the booking with you.
4. If the exact colour is not free, the operator may propose the same model in another colour (or another close option you accept).
5. You pay as agreed (online payment link / card / bank transfer).
6. Documents and agreement as usual; hand-over with deposit hold.

Colour availability

Photos on the site show a specific unit and colour. Fleet stock changes. If that colour is booked or offline, the operator can offer another colour of the same model before you finalise — whether you paid online (Option A, on the confirmation call) or ordered with an operator (Option B).

Hand-over

• passport/ID and driving licence;
• inspection report (photo / signature);
• security deposit — usually a card hold, typically from €2,000 to €15,000 by vehicle class (see the car page / rates);
• keys and brief instructions.

The deposit is not the rental payment on the website. It is held at hand-over and released after inspection (minus fuel / damage / fines if any). APEX and INFINITE may qualify for no deposit under card terms.

What is included in the daily price

• rental 24 hours, mileage limit 250 km (Ferrari & Lamborghini supercars: 200 km), unless a mileage package is selected;
• comprehensive insurance (CASCO) with an excess by vehicle class;
• club cards may reduce deposit / excess under card terms — not “zero excess for everyone” in the base rate.

Short summary

A: site booking → pay online → documents in account → operator calls to confirm (colour if needed) → agreement → hand-over.

B: contact operator → they check & confirm (incl. colour) → pay → agreement → hand-over.
