Where are your company documents?
The fleet and website are operated by SUPERCAR RENTAL EUROPE, a Belgian Société anonyme, Company No. 0713455190 (Banque-Carrefour des Entreprises / BCE). Registered office: Rue de la Semence 65, Molenbeek-Saint-Jean, 1080 Belgium. Brand: Titane Club. Europe is served via fleet pickup & delivery cities (not separate registered offices). You can verify the company in the Belgian BCE (Banque-Carrefour des Entreprises).
How is the security deposit taken and returned?
The deposit is not charged as a full payment on the website by default. It is typically a card hold (pre-authorisation) or cash at vehicle handover — typically from €2,000 to €15,000 depending on the car (see the car page). Unused deposit is released after inspection (fuel, damage, fines deducted if any); the bank usually takes several business days, typically 5–14 days.
What is included in the daily price?
The daily rate is in EUR and includes vehicle use for 24 hours with a mileage limit of 250 km (Ferrari and Lamborghini supercars: 200 km). Comprehensive insurance (CASCO) is included subject to excess; club cards may reduce or waive the excess. Extra mileage packages, over-limit €2/km, delivery, child seat, and chauffeur are charged separately as on tariffs.
What documents do I need to rent a car?
Passport or ID, a valid driving licence in the driver's name, an International Driving Permit (if required), and a bank card for the security deposit pre-authorisation.
Can I rent a car for less than a full day?
Yes. On weekdays you can book a 6-hour package — for example for a photo or video shoot. Ask your manager for the current half-day rate.
What is the minimum age to rent?
Standard minimum is 21 years old with at least 3 years of driving experience. For supercars and high-performance models (Ferrari, Lamborghini sports cars, Porsche 911 / Boxster / Taycan Turbo, AMG GT, Audi R8 and similar) the requirement is at least 5 years.
Are the vehicles insured?
Yes. Every vehicle includes comprehensive insurance. Insurance includes an excess (franchise) by vehicle class. Apex and Infinite members may get a reduced or zero excess only when their card terms apply and the rental contract says so — not for every booking by default.
Is a security deposit required?
A card pre-authorisation applies on most rentals — typically from €2,000 to €15,000 depending on the vehicle class. Titane Apex and Infinite members qualify for no security deposit.
Can I let a friend drive the car?
Handing the vehicle to a third party is not permitted. You may register an additional driver for €25/day — the same age and experience requirements apply.
Do you charge internal fines for speed or driving style?
We do not apply internal speed penalties. You are responsible only for official traffic fines during the rental period. Dangerous driving, racing, and drifting are strictly prohibited.
Are there discounts for longer rentals?
Yes. Multi-day and long-term tariffs offer better daily rates. Club membership adds further savings — up to 30% off the Basic rate.
Where can I pick up the car for free?
Self-collection at the Titane fleet depot in your selected city is free. Exact address appears at checkout when you choose Fleet depot — free pick-up (or switch to paid delivery to a hotel, private address, or airport). Full list of pick-up points:

Do I have to visit your office to collect the car?
No. You can book online and either collect at the free city fleet depot or order delivery to your address, hotel, or airport. Vehicle delivery and collection are available any time of day (24/7). Office replies: daily 11:00–20:00. Choose hand-over type on the rental checkout page.
What should I do in case of a breakdown or accident?
Contact your Titane Club manager immediately, call the local police, and obtain all required documentation. Do not leave the scene before the incident is properly recorded.
Can I rent with a chauffeur?
Yes. Chauffeur service is €50/hour, or €450 for a full day (up to 10 hours). No security deposit is required when the vehicle is rented with our chauffeur.
Can I drive to another city or country?
Cross-border and inter-city travel is possible by prior agreement with your manager. Please confirm your route before the rental starts.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes. We can issue a gift certificate for any amount or for a specific vehicle. Titane Club membership cards are also an excellent gift.
How do I get a Titane Club membership card?
Contact a manager, choose your tier, complete payment, and fill in the membership application on the website or with your personal manager.
What does Titane Club membership include?
Depending on your card tier you receive up to 30% off rental rates, reduced or waived security deposit, possible reduced/zero excess on Apex and Infinite (per card terms), priority booking, partner privileges, and more. Full details are on the Club cards page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card / Apple Pay / Google Pay — online prepayment up to €1,500 by bank card. Bank transfer (IBAN) — full payment. After payment, fill the questionnaire and upload documents in your account; an operator will contact you to confirm. See also the payment page.
