Rules for using the Titane Club service

1. Terms and definitions

• Car/vehicle — a premium class passenger vehicle transferred to the Client for temporary use under the Agreement. The list and characteristics are on the Titane Club website; The specific rental object is recorded upon acceptance.
• Lessor / Titane Club — SUPERCAR RENTAL EUROPE SA (Belgium), Company Number 0713455190, as well as the person to whom the rights under the Agreement are assigned.
• Client — an individual, legal entity or sole trader who has acceded to the Rules by signing the Agreement.
• Add. driver — the person specified in the Agreement; The Client is responsible to the Lessor.
• Booking — guarantee of receipt of the vehicle on the agreed dates upon prepayment/authorization payment (unless otherwise stated in the club card).
• Reservation — request for a vehicle without a guarantee and without prepayment.
• Authorization payment — the amount withheld upon first application until documents are verified.
• Security payment (deposit) — hold/amount to secure the Client’s obligations (fines, damage, fuel, etc.).
• Rental session — the period from issuance to return according to the acceptance certificate.
• Titane Club Card — CORE, VANTAGE, APEX or INFINITE under a subscription agreement (see section 14 and club cards).
• Basic tariff — price without club discount; club rate — price for Titane card holder.
• Website — Titane Club website through which applications are accepted.
• Information Center — 24/7 support Titane Club (.. contact@titane.club).

2. Requirements for the Client and additional. to the driver

2.1. Client and additional the driver must:

• have a Category B management right (or equivalent) recognized in the country of lease;
• have no medical contraindications to administration;
• be familiar with these Rules and accept them;
• have at least category B experience 3 years (for some models - 5 years), unless otherwise specified in the Agreement / on the website;
• age usually from 21 years old (for individual supercars - higher as agreed).

2.2. Driving while intoxicated, under drugs that impair reaction, or while sick or tired is prohibited.

2.3. The Lessor is free to conclude the Agreement and has the right to refuse without explaining commercial reasons.

Documents: passport / ID, driver's license, if necessary IDP; for a legal entity - details and powers of the signatory; consent (PDF).

3. Rental period

3.1. Tariffing per day: 24 hours from the moment of issuance according to the act, unless otherwise specified (hourly rental with driver).

3.2. The actual payment period is rounded up to the nearest day, except for expressly stated exceptions (including the loyalty period).

3.3. Loyalty period — 30 ​​minutes after the end of the last day: no payment for the next day / late fee, unless otherwise follows from the terms of the club card.

3.4. The moment of provision of the vehicle is the mutual signing of the acceptance certificate.

3.5. Extension of the session - at the rate of the Agreement after agreement with the manager.

4. Prohibitions and restrictions

It is prohibited (unless otherwise agreed in writing in the Agreement):

• transfer of the vehicle to persons not specified as additional. driver;
• training ride; racing, drifting, testing, track days, betting;
• use as a taxi / commercial carrier;
• transportation of dangerous goods, large items outside baggage;
• driving off public roads; towing;
• smoking, alcohol, drugs in the cabin; interior/body contamination;
• changing vehicle characteristics, dismantling equipment, unauthorized stickers / removal of Titane branding;
• incorrect fuel; return dirty or with open doors/windows;
• leaving the agreed territory/country without permission;
• evacuation/transportation of a vehicle without the consent of the Lessor.

The daily mileage limit and the fee for exceeding it are as on the car page / in the Agreement. Typical over-limit guideline: €2 / km (tariffs). The lessor has the right to use telematics to control dangerous driving.

5. Personal data and communications

Processing of data of the Client, Payer and additional. driver - by Privacy Policy (GDPR). Marketing messages — where consent / legitimate interest applies under the policy. Withdraw marketing consent at contact@titane.club.

6. Authorization payment

6.1. At the first application, the Lessor has the right to withhold the authorization payment until the documents are verified.

6.2. The amount and retention period are indicated when confirming the application / in the Agreement. If the Client refuses the contract for reasons not related to the Lessor, the payment may be withheld partially or fully according to the booking confirmation.

7. Booking and reservations

7.1. When booking, the Client selects a free vehicle, session dates and makes an advance rental payment in the amount of 100% session cost.

7.2. For cardholders APEX and INFINITE the same 100% may be debited from the card balance / under the terms of the subscription agreement (this does not cancel the full prepayment of the session).

7.3. The cost of the reservation is included in the cost of the session. If the Client refuses the contract / shortens the session, the deduction is based on the period before issuance (conditions in the booking confirmation).

7.4. Reservation does not guarantee the issuance of a specific vehicle and does not require prepayment.

7.5. Add. driver: €25 / day. Child seat: €10 / day. Delivery within the city: from €50; airport: from €100 (cm. tariffs).

8. Issue and return

8.1. Issue and return - after inspection and signing of the act (office, hotel, airport or address in the agreed city).

8.2. Delivery/reception is paid separately (usually 100% prepayment), if not included in the tariff. If the Client refuses after the start of delivery, the delivery cost is not refunded (except for the Lessor's fault).

8.3. Return: the vehicle is in good working order, clean, fuel is not below the issued level; otherwise - refueling + service fee.

8.4. If the license plate is lost/damaged, the Client immediately contacts the competent authorities of the rental country and notifies the Lessor and prepares the necessary documents.

9. Rights and obligations of the Lessor

The Lessor has the right to: demand execution of the Agreement; write off the amounts of the Client's obligations from the deposit/card; use telematics and vehicle safety monitoring; suspend the session if there is a risk of further use and provide a replacement vehicle; carry out promotions.

The lessor is obliged to: hand over the vehicle in good condition according to the act; provide information support; comply with the GDPR and the terms of the Agreement.

10. Payment, deposit, tariffs

10.1. Transfer of the vehicle is possible only with full prepayment of the session (100%), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10.2. Calculations in EUR. The website shows the basic and club rates.

10.3. Security payment (deposit): the amount by car class is indicated in the Agreement; method - hold on the card upon issuance (or another agreed upon). For cards APEX and INFINITE A deposit may not be required according to the terms of the card. Refund of unused deposit - after inspection within the term of the Agreement.

10.4. Over-mileage limit - €2 / km (unless otherwise stated in the Agreement).

10.5. Rental with driver: €50 / hour; full day until 10 o'clock - €450 / day.

10.6. Administrative / traffic fines of the rental country for the session are reimbursed by the Client. For the administration of fines, the Lessor has the right to withhold 15% from the amount of each fine/payment.

11. Liability, insurance, fines

11.1. The parties are responsible according to the law of Belgium/EU and the country of rental, taking into account the Rules and the Agreement.

11.2. In case of debt, the Lessor has the right to withdraw the Vehicle / restrict use.

11.3. Comprehensive / CASCO included with a franchise (excess) for the car class - the amount in the Agreement. There is no zero deductible for everyone in the base price; reduction - on the Titane card or option only if specified in the Agreement.

11.4. The Client is responsible for damage due to his own fault, violation of the Rules, racing/drifting, transfer to third parties, incorrect fuel, pollution.

11.5. Examples of contractual penalties (EUR, unless otherwise stated in the Contract): unauthorized stickers / damage to the interior / removal of branding - from €200 per fact + cost of restoration; smoking in the cabin - from €250; return heavily soiled - cost of dry cleaning + service fee from €100. Specific amounts are fixed in the Agreement/Act.

11.6. Reckless driving is prohibited. There are no internal “fines for speed” of the club - the fines of the rental country apply.

12. Change and termination

The current version of the Rules is published on this page. For concluded Agreements, changes are made in accordance with the Agreement / with the consent of the Client / to the extent permitted by law. Termination - according to the Agreement and applicable law.

13. Dispute resolution procedure

Claims - for contact@titane.club. In the absence of an agreement, disputes are subject to review by the competent Belgian courts, unless mandatory consumer regulations require otherwise.

14. Titane club cards and bonuses

Cards and privileges (details on club cards and in the subscription agreement):

• CORE — card price €3,000, rental balance €2,950, reduced deposit;
• VANTAGE — €6,000 / balance €5,900, reduced deposit;
• APEX — €12,000 / balance €11,800, without a security payment (according to the terms of the card);
• INFINITE — €24,000 / balance €23,600, no deposit (according to card conditions).

The card balance is used to pay for rent, Lessor services, administrative fines and contractual penalties within the limits of the Rules. Promotions and bonuses are published on the website.

15. Other conditions

15.1. The invalidity of a particular provision does not entail the invalidity of the rest.

15.2. The language of the Agreement/Rules for execution is English; in case of discrepancy between translations, the English version takes precedence, unless the parties agree otherwise.
